Sales Team Leader – NSW | Lead, Inspire & Grow with Rebuild Relief

Your Responsibilities as a Team Leader

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Drive team sales performance and achieve targets
  • Conduct property inspections, assessing for hail damage (roof access required)
  • Train and develop sales reps in face-to-face customer engagement
  • Assist with content creation for social media and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and community connections
  • Monitor team KPIs, track leads, and provide performance reports
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategy and growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales and team leadership (ideally field sales)
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills – ability to inspire a team
  • Energetic, motivated, and a natural relationship builder
  • Great communicator with a customer-first approach
  • Ability to work outdoors and conduct roof inspections
  • Positive attitude and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
