About the Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you?ll be responsible for performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across a range of fixed plant equipment. You?ll work within a collaborative maintenance team, upholding our high safety and operational standards while contributing to continuous improvement across site.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily inspections and preventative maintenance across fixed plant equipment
  • Respond to plant breakdowns, resolve issues on-the-job, and support shutdown maintenance activities
  • Monitor safety compliance and report hazards or incidents immediately
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and safety processes
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability
  • Participate in training, development, and performance review processes
  • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement across plant systems

About You

You?ll be a proactive, safety-minded individual who brings strong technical knowledge and a problem-solving approach to fixed plant maintenance.

Qualifications & Licences

  • Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
  • WA C Class Driver?s Licence (minimum)
  • Desirable: High Risk Work Licence, EWP, Forklift (LF), Working at Heights, Confined Spaces

Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience in fixed plant maintenance (pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors)
  • Confident reading schematics and using isolation and permitting systems
  • High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Pronto or similar CMMS)
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to assess and manage risk
  • Experience in salt mining operations highly regarded
