We are a boutique private equity firm specialising in alternative investments, including private equity, venture capital, and real estate. With a reputation for innovation and excellence, our portfolio spans a wide range of industries, including technology, resources, property, and FMCG. Our team has extensive expertise in private equity, investment banking, corporate law, and structuring, and we take a flexible, sector-agnostic approach to investments.

Joining our team will provide you with exposure to private equity transactions, direct involvement in portfolio company management, and experience across a diverse range of industries.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Private Equity Analyst to join our team in Sydney. The role is fulltime, with opportunity for remote work. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in corporate finance or investment banking who are passionate about private equity and are eager to contribute to the team.

As a Private Equity Analyst, you will provide valuable insight and analysis that helps to determine significant business decisions. From evaluating new opportunities to maintaining stakeholder relationships, your role will be impactful across the entire company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain financial models
  • Conduct valuations, investment research, and transaction due diligence
  • Evaluate investment opportunities
  • Grow and maintain investor relationships
  • Support the execution of transactions
  • Work with our portfolio companies to assist with performance

About You

This position will suit a highly motivated individual that has a passion for investment analysis. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously, and a collaborative spirit.
