Hourly Rate: $28.28 – $34.83 (WT 2.1 to 3.4)

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Educators to join our team at Busy Bees at Belmont on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-quality, supportive centre that values professional growth and teamwork.

As an Educator, you will:

  • Provide nurturing and engaging education and care across different age groups

  • Support the planning and implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Assist in daily routines and contribute to high-quality learning environments

  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Busy Bees policies

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA recognised)

  • Previous experience in an early childhood setting (preferred but not essential)

  • Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)

  • Current First Aid & CPR certification

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Passion for creating safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments
