We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer who takes an AI-first approach to develop software. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain high-quality applications that support NetComm's telecommunications product portfolio.

You will make disciplined use of AI coding tools to enhance productivity, improve code quality, and accelerate innovation - while maintaining rigorous engineering standards, documentation, and security practices.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR FOCUS?

·       Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications supporting NetComm's product ecosystem.

·       Apply structured software engineering practices, including code review, testing, and version control.

·       Use agentic AI coding tools to accelerate development, documentation, and testing activities.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management and validation.

·       Contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows and best practices.

·       Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modern development frameworks and responsible AI-assisted coding techniques.

WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

·       Relevant experience as a software engineer working across both front-end and back-end environments.

·       Strong proficiency in one or more modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue (front-end) and or Python (back-end).

·       Experience with RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and CI/CD pipelines.

·       Experience with AI code development backend models (e.g. Claude Sonnet/Opus, Qwen Coder, GPT-5) and agentic coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, AmpCode, Kilo Code, etc).

·       Strong understanding of software design patterns, testing methodologies, and source control.

·       Experience working in telecommunications and knowledge of networking technologies would be advantageous.

·       Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

·       A responsible and security-aware approach to using AI tools in software development.
