The Role
  • Lead daily retail and trade operations
  • Coach and manage a team of 3 to 5
  • Drive customer satisfaction, showroom standards and stock control
  • Build relationships with local customers and trade accounts
  • Work directly with the business owner, not a head office

What You Will Bring
  • Retail, trade or automotive experience
  • Confidence leading people and owning performance
  • A current manual driver's licence
  • Local residency within 45 minutes of Dubbo, or willingness to relocate
