Overview

Ghanda Clothing is hiring a Retail Store Manager for Dubbo, NSW. Join the Ghanda Gang in Dubbo, NSW.

Responsibilities
  • Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
  • Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
  • Liaising with your Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain stock levels to maximise return on floor space
  • Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance
About You
  • Demonstrated leadership experience — leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values
  • Customer-focused mindset, strong fundamentals, and a serious approach to retail
  • Experience in a retail or hospitality role is preferred but not required; right attitude is valued
