Indigo Junction is a values-driven community organisation providing homelessness and support services across Perth's north-eastern corridor. With a focus on empowerment, connection and creating brighter futures, we are committed to making a real difference in the lives of individuals and families. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Manager to lead our Family and Domestic Violence Services, including a dedicated team across the newly refurbished Koolkuna Refuge, Innovative FDV Counselling and Advocacy services and the CRS team. This role offers the opportunity to shape the ongoing development of the refuge, including planned transitional units for families and to create lasting impact while working with a support and committed team.
This Role:
As Manager of our Family and Domestic Violence Services, you will:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team, guiding staff to deliver therapeutic, trauma-informed practices.
- Implement and maintain quality systems and procedures to ensure safe and effective service operations.
- Provide direct client services and coordinate service delivery across Indigo Junction's Family Domestic Violence Services.
- Oversee reporting, evaluation and continuous improvement of services in line with organisational Service Agreements.
- Build and foster strategic relationships and networks to strengthen case management and client outcomes.
About You:
You are an experienced leader in the human services sector, with a strong understanding of trauma-informed care and a passion for supporting people in crisis. You bring proven skills in staff management, service coordination and building partnerships that make a real difference.
You will have:
- Current 'C' class driver's license
- Current National Police Clearance (no older than 6months from valid date)
- Current Working with Children Clearance
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Have rights to work in Australia if you are not a PR or Citizen
