Hourly Rate: $29.57–$36.41 (WT 2.1 to 3.4)

Busy Bees at Geelong West is a vibrant, well-resourced centre with 137 licensed places, located in the heart of Geelong West. We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Educator to join our team and contribute to high-quality learning in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Build warm and positive relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Assist with documentation, routines, and daily activities
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment
  • Bring enthusiasm, initiative, and strong communication skills
  • Collaborate with a supportive and experienced team

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
  • Valid VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting
  • Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
  • Australian working rights
