The Opportunity
John Flynn Private Hospital is seeking a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified, Endorsed) to join our dedicated Oncology team in Medical Ward 6A.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a 24-bed Oncology Ward caring for a diverse oncology caseload in a supportive and collaborative environment. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, patient-centred care, and professional growth.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver expert nursing care to oncology patients in an acute ward setting.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture that supports both patients and colleagues.
About You
You are a dedicated and adaptable nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a compassionate approach to patient care.
Your Skills and Experience
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Medication endorsed and IV qualified.
- Minimum 2 years' acute hospital experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and prioritisation skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Post-registration qualification in Oncology (highly regarded but not essential).
Remuneration: An hourly rate, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances: $ $ superannuation (QLD Enrolled Nurse Level 1-2)

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
