The Role:

Cater Care Retail seeks to appoint a passionate Chef to join our quick-service retail operations at Cairns airport.

Roster:

Rotating roster across the week - early morning starts and late night shifts

What This Role Will Involve:

  • Providing fast, friendly service
  • Preparing and serving meals
  • Rotating stock to ensure that the kitchen is equipped at all times
  • Adhering to food hygiene and safety practices
  • Assisting the broader team as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience in high volume, quick-service restaurants and/or customer service
  • Punctuality & reliability
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
  • ASIC security pass (apply at time of contract)
  • Access to your own reliable transport (essential)
