About the Team

Our Top Tier Dispute Resolution practice handles the largest and most complex litigation across regulatory prosecutions, insolvency, plaintiff and defendant class actions, corporate, commercial and competition and tax disputes. We also specialise in adjudication, international and domestic arbitration and construction litigation related to major construction and infrastructure projects. We are unique in the market place, combining top-tier capabilities with a service model that promotes the hands-on involvement of our senior lawyers.

About the Role

An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Associate to join our Dispute resolution team in our Sydney office. This role provides a good mix of hands-on matter management and strategic input alongside the Partners.

This role will see you play a key role on high-profile, complex commercial litigation matters. You will also have the opportunity to train and mentor junior lawyers.

About You

You bring strong technical expertise and previous relevant experience, but there is much more to you. You:

• deliver legal advice with a commercial and client focused outlook, always;
• work well under pressure, meet your deadlines and excel working in a team;
• have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and you use them effectively, internally and externally;
• take a collaborative, positive and energetic approach to everything you do;
• are comfortable and experienced mentoring and training junior lawyers; and
• will have 5+ PQE gained in complex commercial litigation matters
