Out of School Hours Care Coordinator

Our Outside School Hours Care service at Anakie Primary School is looking for a passionate OSHC Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering up to 30 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators. You'll work split shifts, Monday-Friday hours: 7:00am-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00pm-6:00pm (Stay and Play), AND during school holidays (1 week).

Salary range (calculated at 30 hours) of $44,668 to $57,205. Possibility of additional hours for the suitable applicant.

• Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centred program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
• Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
• Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
• Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

We are looking for a confident, energetic candidate who has highly polished communication skills and is able to relate to a wide range of stakeholders, from students, parents, through to the school principal.

About the Role:

• Be a part of the leadership team within the service.
• As the Coordinator, part of your role will be to lead the OSHC Service as required.
• Assist in creating engaging programs
• Be the face of Anakie Primary School OSHC and create positive relationships within the school community.
• Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
• Hours: 7.00am - 9.00am & 3.00pm pm + negotiated weekly administration hours
• Monday to Friday- no weekend work

About You:

• You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
• Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
• Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services. For the full list of ACECQA recognised qualifications in your state, please visit .
• Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state.
• Willing to obtain or holding a valid HLTAID012 First Aid
