Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid role for an AI Practice Lead with an office located in The Rocks, NSW. The AI Practice Lead will be responsible for overseeing AI projects, managing a team of AI professionals, and ensuring successful deployment of AI solutions. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting AI research, developing AI strategies, and providing guidance on AI implementation. Additionally, the AI Practice Lead will work on client engagements, provide technical expertise, and drive innovation to help clients achieve their business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in AI project management and team leadership
  • Proficiency in AI technologies, algorithms, and frameworks
  • Strong skills in data analysis, data modelling, and machine learning
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
  • Experience in developing AI strategies and conducting AI research
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
  • Experience in the consulting or industrial automation industry is a plus
  • Global travel will be required
