About the role:

Based at our head office in Bibra Lake, we have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead maintenance teams at regional quarries and project sites throughout WA. Activities that the successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to;

  • Oversee remote maintenance activities undertaken at quarry operations in the Pilbara, Project sites in the wheatbelt & southwest.
  • Provide leadership & direction to the site-based teams & contractors.
  • Assist site-based teams with your technical knowledge & problem-solving skills.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities & streamline processes.
  • Mentor, coach & development of succession plans for key positions in the business.
  • Manage budget expenditure on breakdowns, repairs and capital projects.
  • Manage manning levels/ Rosters for efficient labour coverage.
  • Manage mobilisation/demobilisation, logistics & labour coverage for remote projects
  • Regular site travel will be required.

You have experience with a wide range of Mobile plant, crushing/screening & Road transport equipment.

You have an Australian recognised Trade Certificate (Diesel Trade Certificate.)

You have a current Drivers Licence (Ideally HR.)

You have a firm understanding & Commitment to Safe Working Practices and are keen to work alongside a safety dedicated team.
