The Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role will see you manage the mechanical maintenance resources to safely plan and execute work through application of work management processes.

Your Duties Will Include But Not Be Limited To
  • Support continuous improvement of processes, systems, and methodology to enhance plant availability.
  • Develop and coach mechanical maintenance teams through effective performance management.
  • Implement work management processes to meet KPIs.
  • Maintain effective relationships with production superintendents.
  • Collaborate with the Reliability Function at Phosphate Hill to improve equipment strategies.
  • Manage annual maintenance budgets with cost control.
What You'll Bring

Proven experience in a leadership role within heavy industry maintenance, with skills including:

  • Commitment to safety, inclusion, and high-performance culture.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Trade background.
  • Experience in maintenance/engineering of petrochemical, power, or similar industries.
  • Leadership and development skills.
  • Experience with CMMS (SAP preferred).
