Key Responsibilities

  • Configuration and Customization including setting up workflows and approval processes.
  • Platform Optimization: Recommend and implement improvements to drive efficiency and usability.
  • Integration Support: Assist in integrating with other business systems to ensure data flows through third party apps or APIs
  • UAT Support: Coordinate UAT to validate configuration and expected outcomes.
  • Translation of business requirements into technical specifications for a SaaS solution

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Java and Java script
  • Proficient in HTML / CSS
  • Strong analytical and business process mapping abilities focused on operational effectiveness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver training and support ensuring user adoption
  • Preference: With lending experience, ideally LOS implementation.
  • A proven track record of configuring complex business solutions such as Salesforce is a strong indicator of success in this role
  • Technical literacy to understand SaaS architecture, data flows and integration points - though not necessarily deep coding.
