Concrete Remediation Supervisor
on an ongoing project in Adelaide, with a potential start in
January 2026
. This role offers long-term prospects and potential full-time employment, with exposure to industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

About The Role
Lead concrete repair and remediation works, supervising a small crew, coordinating materials and equipment, and liaising directly with clients and engineers. Deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, with variety and hands-on involvement in your work.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise site operations and teams
  • Plan and schedule work, labour, and materials
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks
  • Manage documentation (SWMS, JHAs, reports)
  • Monitor product application and curing
  • Maintain safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Provide hands-on support as needed
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in concrete remediation and repair
  • Knowledge of epoxy systems, grouts, sealants, and protective coatings
  • Experience in surface preparation, crack injection, patch repairs, structural strengthening, carbon fibre wrapping, or cathodic protection
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
  • Strong leadership, project delivery, and communication skills
  • Driver's Licence and White Card; Confined Space & Working at Heights tickets desirable
  • Trade qualification in Civil, Structural, or related field preferred
