About the role

HCLTech New Australia is looking for an EWM Functional Consultantin Melbourne for 3-6 months rolling contract

Job Summary

Functional Experience

Minimum 5 years of functional experience supporting EWM functionality.

• Involved in at least 2 EWM greenfield and/or template rollout projects.

• Experience in integrating EWM with third-party automated warehouse

management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assessing Business Requirements and Warehouse needs. Conduct a detailed

needs assessment and solutions proposal.

1. Solution Design and System Configuration. Based on the needs determined,

create solution following the needs determined in the needs assessment stage for

inbound and outbound, inventory tracking, and automation of warehousing.

1. Integration with Other SAP and Non-SAP Systems. Design and implement

seamless integration between SAP EWM and other systems to enable automated

functionality supporting end-to-end warehouse management.

1. Custom Development and Enhancements. Work alongside the Solutions

Architect and Development teams to design and implement custom functionalities,

ensuring that the system aligns with specific warehouse needs.

1. Data Migration and Testing. Responsible for extracting, transforming and loading

transactional and master data from legacy systems to SAP EWM. Execute extensive

test processes, including unit tests, integration tests, and UAT, to ensure smooth

transition and go-live of the projct.

1. Hypercare Support and Optimization. Provide hypercare support during the golive

of the system.
