Role Description

This is a contract role for an Executive - Business & Strategy Simulation Facilitator with experience in Professional Services. It's a hybrid position based in Melbourne or Sydney. The role involves facilitating business and strategy simulations, conducting interactive workshops, applying real-world case studies, and helping participants develop practical skills in collaboration, leadership, and strategic decision-making. The facilitator will engage with clients to tailor the training experience and provide feedback and coaching for improved performance.

Experience

  • Background in Professional Services
  • Strategy Facilitation, Workshop Delivery, and Training skills
  • Experience in Strategy Development
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Public Speaking skills
  • Ability to provide Feedback and Coaching
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Experience in engaging with senior executives or leadership teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Education, or related field
