The Role

We've recently gone live with Phase 1 of our SAP SuccessFactors implementation (EC, RCM, ONB, LMS) and are now entering an exciting next stage. To support this, we're looking for an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join our team and help deliver Phase 2 (P&G, Succession, Compensation, Time Off), as well as support ongoing enhancements and onboarding of new entities following recent acquisitions and mergers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic organisation undergoing transformation. You'll play a key role in shaping our HR systems landscape and be supported by a team that values innovation, ownership, and collaboration.

Your everyday

This role is ideal for someone who can work independently to scope and deliver BAU requirements, while also collaborating closely with our small systems team and broader project stakeholders. Your everyday responsibilities will include, however not be limited to:

  • Gathering and prioritising business requirements across HR modules.
  • Designing and optimising HR processes aligned with SuccessFactors capabilities.
  • Supporting BAU enhancements and resolving system issues.
  • Leading configuration efforts, often in collaboration with our implementation partner.
  • Coordinating testing and supporting change management activities.

Who are you

We're specifically seeking someone with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors. While we value diverse HRIS backgrounds, this role requires direct SuccessFactors expertise, and we cannot consider candidates without it.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements.
  • Strong business analysis skills across HR domains.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
