The Role: Senior Logistics Coordinator

If so, we're looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Sadleirs in Spotswood

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and resolving complex logistical challenges, inclusive of route adjustments and resource allocation in real time
• Analysis of system data to recognise trends, drive efficiency and commercial performance.
• Scheduling, planning, tracking and dispatch of a diverse fleet configuration
• Being a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders in regard to fleet and operational updates.
• Stewardship for the compliance of fleet related policies, regulations and legislative requirements and standards
• Forecasting demands through data analysis and aligning logistics plans with business objectives.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Proficiency with logistics software, data analysis tools, and other common business applications
• Strong knowledge and proven experience in asset utilisation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance standards, and ability to demonstrate this
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A thorough understanding of Melbourne and Sydney transport networks
• Experience with implementing strategies to streamline logistics processes
• Solution-based thinking, with an ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently
• A high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks on the go
