**Support Worker (Female) - Immediate Start | Diggers Rest VIC**:

**Location**: Diggers Rest, VIC
⏰ **Shifts Available**:

- **Mondays (weekly)**: 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM _(extended to 3:00 PM during public & school holidays)_
- **Saturdays (fortnightly)**:

- 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM _(overnight sleepover)_

At **Empress Support Services**, we are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care to NDIS participants. We’re currently seeking a compassionate and reliable female support worker to join our team and provide essential in-home support in Diggers Rest.

**Your Role**

You will be supporting participants with daily living activities, including personal care, community access, and routine household support. The participant’s needs vary slightly during school and public holidays, so flexibility is essential.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $41.76 - $91.88 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Application Question(s):

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or higher — or proof of completion within 12 months
- Police Check (issued within the last 6 months)
- NDIS Orientation Module Certificate - “Quality, Safety and You”
- Valid and unrestricted Driver’s Licence
- Comprehensive Car Insurance + Current Registration
- 100 points of ID (e.g., Driver’s Licence, Medicare Card, Passport)
- Infection Control Training Certificate
- 2 referees - one must be work-related
