Full Job Description

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers for various civil projects in the Rockhampton region. These hands-on roles involve supporting key construction and maintenance tasks alongside a dedicated team.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience within civil construction
  • Construction White Card + additional tickets an advantage
  • Current and valid Australian Drivers Licence
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks in a remote environment

Duties Include:

  • Assisting with earthworks
  • Spotting mobile plant machinery
  • Supporting concrete pours, formwork, and reinforcement placement
  • Trenching and drainage work
  • Backfilling, compacting, and general site preparation
  • Site clean-up and debris removal
  • Assisting operators with machinery setup and material movement
