About our client

AWX services Australia with the supply of contract staff, permanent recruitment, casual and total workforce administration. AWX employ quality people, partner industry leaders, develop growing and sustainable workforce solutions and manage ongoing relationships with our industry partners.

About the Role

AWX are currently seeking experienced operators to fill multiple positions to work in Black Coal in the Rolleston area up until the end of 2025. Retention bonus paid at the end of the project. Paid FIFO available (into Emerald then bus). Day shift only


• 637 Scraper Operators - $67

• 777 Haul Truck Operators - $55

• D10 Dozer Operators - $60

• Grader Operators General & Final Trim - $55 - $57

• Ground Crew $50

• Multiskilled Operators 3+ skills - $60 - $67

• 37T Excavator Operators - $60

What you'll need

• 12 Months demonstrated operating experience in Black Coal

• Applicable RII Qualifications or Signed Skills List - Done within the last 5 years

• Coal Board Medical - Current

• Standard 11 - Current

• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical / Drug & Alcohol Test

• Strong Safety Mindset with the ability to actively identify and report hazards / incidents

• Positive attitude regarding availability, attendance, and presentation

• Current unrestricted drivers' licence and reliable transport
