Waratah, New South Wales, Australia Maroba Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

We're seeking a passionate New Graduate or experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Maroba. This is a Parental Leave Relief position, working 2 days per week  as a key member of our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional wellness programs to Maroba residents.

Key outcomes will include:

  • Ensure we provide  safe quality delivery of wellness programs to our residents
  • Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and be outcome-focused with an ability to find solutions to resolve problems
  • Proactively work with all teams in the prevention of injuries
  • Build capacity within our care teams through mentoring, teaching and transfer of knowledge utilising evidence based practice

We are seeking applicants who have:

  • Extensive experience working as a Physiotherapist, preferably in an Aged Care or Acute setting with responsibility for overseeing resident programs, assessments and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience in designing resident focussed programs based on  evidence -based practice
  • Highly effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • A working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
