We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our thriving national team and make a real impact. Based in our Launceston office you'll manage a well-established portfolio of valued, long-standing clients, built on trust and strong relationships

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Broker ready to take ownership of a varied portfolio. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll be key in delivering exceptional service while growing your expertise in a supportive and dedicated team of brokers
  • Supported by a Assistant Account Executive you will manage a portfolio of loyal clients.
  • Overseeing claims management, ensuring smooth and efficient outcomes for clients
  • Play an active role in identifying new business opportunities as well as nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Preparing quotations, negotiating with underwriters, and compiling reports

You have experience across a diverse range of insurance products and are ready to leverage your expertise and thrive with a leading employer. Your strong rapport-building skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment set you apart from your peers

You thrive in situations where you can problem-solve positive outcomes for your clients. You're naturally committed to client relationships that will drive the growth of your portfolio, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction in your role

You're a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a genuine passion for mentoring your peers. Holding your Tier 1 certification, you'll benefit from working with an experienced team who are driven by providing high-quality service to their clients
