The Role

We're on the lookout for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Casual Team Members to join our Lake Haven team. If you enjoy connecting with people, love great products, and thrive in a supportive retail environment, this could be your perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Helping customers find their ideal footwear and making them feel great and ensure they have the perfect fit
  • Creating a clean, welcoming, and well-presented store environment
  • Processing sales at the register with accuracy and efficiency
  • Replenishing stock and keeping the floor organised
  • Working as part of a positive, goal-driven team

What We're Looking For

  • Availability on weekends is essential; flexibility for extra shifts is a bonus
  • A Retail superstar who is a go getter for sales
  • Previous footwear experience is great but not required. We provide full training
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service
  • A proactive attitude and ability to handle physical tasks like restocking and merchandising
