About this role:

Spudshed Baldivis is seeking energetic, well-organised, and passionate individuals to join our team across the Meat and Dairy Departments. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Packing and shelving prepackaged meat and dairy products for sale
  • Monitoring stock levels and quality control across departments
  • Ensuring stock rotation, minimising wastage and shrinkage
  • Checking deliveries and fulfilling store requirements
  • Achieving daily production schedules and maintaining consistency in product output
  • Assisting customers with product-related inquiries
  • Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail or production environment (training provided)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • The ability to work unsupervised and collaboratively within a team
  • A self-motivated and creative approach to your work
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts
