Are you an experienced clinical leader with a passion for excellence in audiology and surgical services? Ear Science Institute Australia is seeking an exceptional Manager, Ear Science Clinic and Surgical Facility to lead Western Australia's largest private implant program and our state-of-the-art surgical facility on a full time basis.

About the role:

As the Manager, Ear Science Clinic and Surgical Facility, you will be responsible for;

  • Leading the day to day operations of the Ear Science Clinic and Surgical facility, ensuring exceptional clinical and surgical service delivery;
  • Driving compliance with clinical protocols, government regulations and funding requirements (including Medicare, DVA and the Hearing Services Program)
  • Implementing strategic goals in collaboration with the National Manager to ensure operational efficiency and financial sustainability;
  • Innovating and refining clinical protocols in line with the latest research;
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a multi-disciplinary team to create a positive, professional and growth focused work environment;
  • Engaging in business development, marketing, and stakeholder engagement to grow the clinic's reach and reputation.

About You:

You are a professional and strategic clinical leader with a commitment to delivering excellence in audiological care and surgical support. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a collaborative, growth-orientated mindset.

Our ideal candidate will also have;

  • Post graduate Diploma or Masters in Audiology (or equivalent);
  • Full membership with Audiology Australia or Australian College of Audiology;
  • Proven, highly developed leadership, team management and interpersonal skills;
  • Strategic and organisational acumen with business development experience;
  • Ability to demonstrate innovation and improvement, identifying and responding to business opportunities and risks
  • 5 years' experience in the delivery of audiological services, specifically in implants (desirable)
