About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Manager to join our remote team on a contractor basis. This role is ideal for professionals who have reached the ceiling in traditional corporate environments and are looking to leverage their transferrable strategic and operational skills in a high-impact role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operational strategy implementation and manage workflow efficiency.
  • Coordinate and conduct professional stakeholder engagements via phone and video.
  • Implement and maintain scalable operational systems and documented processes.
  • Provide structured onboarding and guidance for new team members within established frameworks.
  • Support strategic projects and business development initiatives in line with organisational goals.

About You

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic operations, project management, or senior operations roles (Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, or similar).
  • Exceptional organisational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • ABN registered or willing to obtain.

Job Type: Freelance
