Century Venues & Events is seeking applications for the position of Box Office Coordinator to work across the iconic Enmore, Metro and Factory Theatres, The Sydney Comedy Store, The University of Sydney Manning Bar and The Concourse Chatswood Performing Arts Centre as well as The Sydney Comedy Festival. This position will be based at The Concourse Chatswood Box Office however flexibility to work across all venues is required.
About the role:
Respond to general customer & ticketing enquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, socials, chat).
Facilitate customer bookings using various ticketing systems across all venues.
Work closely with ticketing service providers, such Ticketek, Moshtix, and TicketSearch.
Work closely with the Ticketing Team, Accounting Team and internal stakeholders to relay accurate event information to customers.
Maintain accurate customer account information and data entry records.
Possess a keen eye for detail whilst demonstrating a sense of urgency in delivery.
Perform duties onsite across various Century Venues offices.
Positively represent the business, team and brand through all interactions.
Ensure that all company policies are implemented and adhered to.
What you'll bring:
Event ticketing & customer service experience
High level of customer and client services experience
Excellent personal organisation and time management skills
Communicate efficiently and professionally, across all levels of business relationships, both internally and externally.
Ability to adhere to systems, procedures and deadlines.
High level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
Possess a strong attention to detail and demonstrable sense of urgency in delivery.
Be a team player willing to strive to deliver exceptional results.
Ability to work well independantly
Passionate about Live Events and the entertainment industry.
Experience using programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and Momentus Technologies (desirable)
