Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Data Review/ Record keeping
  • Moving information between multiple systems.
  • Reviewing information and transferring from excel to the database.
  • Some numerical calculations and interpretation required.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines for lodgement.
  • Cross check workers details.
  • Follow up on clients quotes and sites.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with all updates.
  • Above average computer knowledge.
  • Eagerness and enthusiasm to learn.
  • Polite and friendly telephone manner.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent time management.
