Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm

About the Role

This role provides support to both the Dispatch and Inventory & Receiving teams, with a primary focus on Dispatch. You will work closely with the Dispatch Supervisor to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily Distribution Centre operations. It is a fully cross-trained position, offering flexibility across all Distribution Centre operations and the capability to step into supervisory duties during periods of leave.

As a Storeperson, you'll work across key warehouse operations including:

  • Receiving and checking incoming goods (local and international)
  • Inventory control, stocktakes, and discrepancy resolution
  • Picking and packing customer orders with speed and accuracy
  • Dispatching orders and preparing manifests
  • Operating forklifts (high reach experience highly regarded)
  • Using WMS and voice picking technology
  • Supporting a safe and organised warehouse environment
  • Assisting with training new team members and improving processes

What You'll Need

  • Warehouse experience in picking/packing, receiving, and inventory
  • Current forklift licence (high reach experience highly regarded)
  • Voice picking experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
  • A strong focus on safety and teamwork
