Central Coast Leagues Club is seeking experienced and talented full-time Sous Chefs to join our team
You will work alongside the Kitchen Manager's to oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Assist the Kitchen Manager's in leading and motivating the kitchen team
- Ensure all menu items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Oversee food preparation, stock control, and food safety compliance
- Provide guidance and training to other team members to support their development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role within a kitchen
- Formal culinary qualifications
- Strong availability across the week and a willingness to work a flexible roster to cover peak trade periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage the kitchen team
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills to handle the demands of a busy kitchen
