The opportunity
As a School Success Manager who's passionate about improving education and skilled at building trusted relationships, you'll be the key partner for schools using Atomi. You'll help them roll out the platform, embed it into their teaching and learning practices, and achieve meaningful results for students and teachers
You'll work closely with school leaders and teachers to drive impact, from running engaging workshops to supporting change management and sharing best practice. You'll also help track usage data to guide adoption, and feed insights back to our Product and Marketing teams so we can keep improving
This is a hands-on role based in QLD (Greater Brisbane Metro area preferred), and requires occasional travel to schools (~2 weeks a quarter). We're especially keen to meet people with direct experience in secondary education -- whether that's as a teacher, department head or school leader. Edtech or SaaS experience is a plus, but not essential

• Interview Round 3: Cross-functional interview What You'll Do Lead school-wide onboarding and change management, helping teachers and leaders confidently roll out and embed Atomi Deliver engaging training and professional learning, from in-person workshops to webinars tailored to each school's needs Build trusted relationships with school leaders, becoming their go-to for strategy, support and best practice Use data and insights to drive adoption, identify challenges early and ensure long-term success Work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing to improve the customer experience and share impact stories What You'll Bring to Atomi Direct experience working in secondary education (for example, as a teacher, head of department or school leader) or previous SaaS CSM experience Experience in customer success, account management or stakeholder engagement roles Confidence presenting and facilitating training sessions for diverse audiences, including senior school leadership Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach Comfortable using data and a willingness to use tools like HubSpot or similar CRMs to drive results Based in QLD (Greater Brisbane Metro area preferred), with access to a car and able to travel as needed A valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one) Working at Atomi Tailored flexibility: Enjoy work-life balance with hours that adapt to your needs, whether for university, family or personal time.
