Holy Family Primary School, is a Catholic primary school in Bell Park and in 2026 will have an enrolment of approximately 329 students.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive and collaborative leader willing to work in a flexible and creative way within our learning environment.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Strong knowledge of inclusive education, intervention frameworks, and behaviour support practices.
  • Capacity to observe teaching and learning, and provide effective feedback to staff.
  • Organisational skills to manage LSO timetabling, PSG meetings, and competing priorities.
  • Ability to lead staff in evidence-based practices for diverse learners.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering respectful partnerships with staff, families, and allied professionals.
  • Commitment to the mission and ethos of Catholic education, upholding MACS' Vision for Instruction and Engagement.
  • Commitment to the Ministerial Order No. 1359 and the Victorian Child Safe Standards.
