Sales Representative

PRDnationwide Hurstville are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our professional team on a full-time basis, working with top-performing agencies in the St George area with the full support of our Sales team and administration staff.

This is a position with excellent and unlimited earning potential

Duties & responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to and nurture relationships with potential clients
• Prepare accurate and listing presentations
• Oversee the whole process of vendor sales from listing through to settlement
• Regularly follow up on all buyer enquiries to ensure all leads are explored
• Engage with prospects and clients using healthy social media presence

Experience & qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate is preferable
• Current driver's license
• Real Estate agent license or certificate of registration with updated CPD
• Strong negotiation skills and a good track record in sales
• Familiarity with industry specific software and CRMs
• Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously and achieve results
• Excellent referral network and reputation
• Ability to learn and adapt to change quickly
• Client focused with a passion for real estate
