Cloud Engineer II

The Cloud Engineer II will deliver reliable, secure, and maintainable software that powers the WIM portfolio by building and operating .NET-based services on AWS. This role turns business requirements into high-quality, observable solutions, improves stability and performance, and collaborates closely with the WIM/Telephony teams to ship features, reduce incident noise, and uplift engineering practices.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years in software development with a strong focus on .NET
• Extensive experience using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core (Web API & minimal APIs)
• Experience building secure, maintainable RESTful APIs and exposure to Authentication and Authorisation with JWT/OAuth2
• Extensive experience with Core .NET practices including design patterns, integration testing, code reviews, and structured logging
• Clear communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and analytical thinking
• Outcome oriented, solutions focussed individual
