Position: Project Delivery Team Leader WA
Reports To: Operations Manager
Job Overview:
Responsible for WA Project Delivery, QA, and Application Team
Based in WA, the Project Delivery Team Leader is Responsible for the QA of Project Delivery, and the Application Technician Team performance in WA, which is driven by Markham's overall, and operations strategy. You will have previous experience of running a team to deliver multiple projects across AU and growing). You will ensure there are effective and efficient planning, and implementation of systems and processes to achieve the Operations QA objectives. Your knowledge and ability to implement sound WHS & HSWA standards, processes, and systems will support the Operations function for Markham.
You will successfully and dynamically lead the Application Teams by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting goals, living the BE SURE values and building the team to a high performing level.
You will provide up to date reporting, implementing more effective and efficient processes to ensure flawless QA, working closely with the Operations team on project administration, and interacting with sales team to ensure smooth delivery. This will ensure we are continually improving our Project Delivery Team for sustainability now and into the future.
Your supply chain experience and ability to manage direct reports in AU, will ensure accurate stock management/reconciliation and the ability to always deliver on time.
Asset management and maintenance is a key part of the Project Delivery function within Markham, your ability to ensure accurate and timely implementation of asset maintenance is a key outcome of this role.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage day to day activities of Application teams (Application Technicians and Contract Applicators)
- On site Project Pre Let meetings and handover meetings from Sales to Operations
- Managing physical stock reconciliation and stock projection AU
- Site Liaison and management of key relationships
- Health and Safety Compliance with Delivery Team
- Ensure all Application equipment are maintained to Operations standards
Qualification & Skill Requirement:
• General interest and project management experience in the construction industry
• Leadership and management skills (including motivational and goal setting in line with strategy)
• Extensive working knowledge of WHS, HSWA & QA (including systems & audit)
• Experience in logistics and stock management/reconciliation
• Awareness of internal and external customer needs
• Exceptional Organisational skills
• General office, outlook, and computer skills required, tech savvy for system development and training for staff
• Values aligned with BE SURE values
• Full driver's License required.
• Physically fit
• Must be able to travel regularly across AU once travel allows
