About the Role

Permanent Part-time (4 Shifts per fortnight)

Our buddy system makes sure that you are given support from your very first day, to conduct your duties according to our Aegis specific cleaning standards. Because we are the largest private provider of Aged Care in Western Australia over the past 40 years, we can offer job security as well as the ability to further your career. No matter where you live, there will be a Facility close to you and close to public transport.

Aegis Greenfields is an 'ageing in place' facility with High Care, Low Care and Extra Services accommodation available and has been designed to offer a broad range of accommodation and lifestyle options for 106 residents in five areas - Banksia, Tuart, Karri, Jarrah and Wandoo.

About You

You should ideally be an empathetic person who:

Enjoys interacting with the elderly.

  • Can work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision as required, and as part of the team.
  • Is reliable, proactive with a high attention to cleaning details.

You will need to have:

  • Prior cleaning experience in a health care setting.
  • Knowledge of infection control principles and commercial cleaning operations, including the safe use of chemicals.
  • Have full Australian working rights and able to pass a national police clearance.
