About the Role:

Helping Solutions is looking for Cleaner to join our team. This role will involve cleaning across multiple homes in Perth's north and south suburbs. This is a unique opportunity for experienced cleaners who enjoy working independently and contributing to a caring community environment. Our cleaners travel between houses, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming space for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe and hygienic domestic cleaning services, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and general housekeeping tasksWork in accordance with client support plans to meet individual needs and preferencesEngage professionally with clients, family members, and team members, demonstrating respect and empathyFoster client independence by supporting them with compassion and sensitivityReport any changes in the client's home environment, safety concerns, or other observations to the coordinatorComplete required documentation and communicate effectively with team leadersWork without direct supervision, adhering to Helping Solutions' standards for quality and safety

Essential Criteria:

Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaningStrong commitment to delivering high-quality, community-focused supportAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skills for interacting with clients and colleaguesPhysical fitness and willingness to travel across multiple locationsCurrent Western Australian driver's license and reliable vehicleAbility to organise and manage workload effectively
