THE OPPORTUNITY
In this newly created role, we are looking for an experiencedCustomer Experience Specialist – Showroom Operationsto join ourShowroom Operations team inBurnley.
Reporting to the Showroom Operations and Customer Experience Manager, your key focus will be ensuring the efficient and professional operation of the showroom to provide a first class customer experience, through maintaining solution displays and products, preparing for sales demonstrations and proactive problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with day to day showroom operations, including trouble shooting equipment, managing event logistics, updating products and maintaining functionality for internal events and customer visits
- Preparing for Sales demonstrations, partnering closely with the Sales team and providing support during demonstrations
- Managing product and solution displays, ensuring alignment with product offerings
- Delivering customer focussed showroom experiences, including interacting with customers and addressing enquiries
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives, including feedback from customers and key internal stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales support, showroom operations, with experience in technical products and customer facing demonstrations
- Ability to handle technical equipment, troubleshoot minor issues and support systems in showroom environments
- Strong collaborative skills to work with internal and external stakeholders, with excellent organisational expertise
- Ability to work independently and as part of the Showroom Operations team
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or Event Management would be highly regarded
