With rising demand, we're expanding our team to help more Kiwi & Aussie men take control of their health and are looking for a Full time person to add value to our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven and empathetic Telehealth Sales Representative to join our remote team on a full-time basis. In this role, you'll contact warm leads—people who have already shown interest in our services—and guide them through our healthcare solutions with professionalism and care.

Discussing Mens Health and sensitive information around current concerns will require someone with empathy and understanding to be able to discuss subjects of a sensitive nature.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with leads who have enquired about our men's health services
  • Explain treatment options and pricing clearly and confidently
  • Build rapport and trust with potential clients over the phone
  • Achieve sales conversion targets and KPIs
  • Accurately log all interactions in our CRM
  • Collaborate with the clinical and customer support teams

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in telehealth or phone-based sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems
  • Passion or interest in men's health (preferred)
