The Opportunity

We're a well-regarded Builder & Developer seeking skilled professionals to oversee upcoming mixed-use commercial and multi-residential projects in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The Projects

Exciting projects ranging from $10M–$50M, 3-13 storeys with 1-3 levels of basement parking

High-end Residential Apartments and Mixed-Use Commercial spaces in premium locations

Permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary package and long-term career opportunities

Your Role

As the Site Manager on the project, you will take full ownership of the site. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing all aspects of construction from early works through to finishes

Leading on-site teams, including Leading Hands and Site Labourers

Overseeing crane operations, logistics, and site safety (OH&S)

Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality workmanship

Collaborating with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Conducting weekly and monthly program meetings

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A trade background (preferably Carpentry) and experience in site supervision or general foreman roles

A Site Supervisors License (preferred but not essential)

Strong structural knowledge and ability to deliver high-end finishes

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Basic computer literacy
