About the Role

Due to recent growth we are looking for a proactive, organised Account Manager to join our team part-time. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for flexible hours, remote work and the potential to transition to full-time based on performance.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients
  • Coordinate deliverables and timelines
  • Track campaign progress and follow up on outstanding items
  • Assist in preparing reports and recaps for clients
  • Communicate feedback between creators and internal teams
  • Support the team with general account admin tasks

About You

  • You're organised and love keeping things on track
  • Confident communicator (written and verbal)
  • Interested in marketing, social media, or digital marketing
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Great attention to detail
  • No experience required
