We're not here for safe, stock-looking assets. We want an AI-powered creator who can twist machines into making content that feels real — but looks like nothing else in the feed. If you're the type who plays with Runway, MidJourney, Pika, Stable Video, or whatever's next — and pushes them until they break — we want you in the cult.

Who You Are

  • AI-Native, Post-AI Sharp. You don't just hit "generate." You start with AI and then do the real work. Editing, remixing, elevating. You turn AI outputs into jaw-dropping final cuts.
  • Visual Anarchist. You're not afraid to get weird. You build visuals that punch through the feed like a molotov. Beige is the enemy.
  • Tool Hacker. You know Runway, Pika, Sora, etc. But you also know After Effects, Premiere, Final Cut. Whatever it takes to make it sing.
  • Cultural Addict. You scroll like a strategist and edit like a filmmaker. You know what's trending, what's cringey, and how to ride the wave without drowning in sameness.

What You'll Do

  • Start with AI tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, etc.) to generate base visuals, then make them 100x better in post.
  • Edit, colour, grade, cut, glitch, distort. Whatever makes it unskippable.
  • Build short-form content for socials, reels, campaigns, and content drops that genuinely stop thumbs mid-scroll.
  • Collaborate with strategy and copy to turn chaotic ideas into crafted visual madness.
  • Push AI outputs past "that's interesting" into "what the hell did I just watch and why can't I stop?"

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: A portfolio of AI-driven visuals and/or videos (show us your weirdest).
  • Skills: Pro in AI visual tools (Runway, Pika, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Kaiber, Sora, etc.). Best if you can stitch and polish with editing tools.
  • Personality: Bold, relentless, allergic to beige.
  • Culture Fit: If you love templates and play-it-safe edits, scroll on. If you thrive in controlled chaos, you'll fit.
