Speech Pathologist / Speech Pathology Assistant (Part-Time, 15–20 hours per week)

Dreamspire Therapy is looking for an enthusiastic
Speech Pathologist or Speech Pathology Assistant
to join our supportive team in Pymble. This role is ideal for
qualified clinicians, students, or individuals with an undergraduate degree
who are passionate about working with neurodiverse clients and looking for flexible, part-time work.

About the Role

You'll provide therapy to children and young people with additional needs, including
neurodiverse clients
, in our
Pymble clinic
, as well as in
schools and childcare centres
. This role is perfect for those still studying, mothers, or anyone seeking
part-time work with support and guidance
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    1:1 and small group sessions
    (full supervision provided for assistants).
  • Implement
    individualised therapy goals
    .
  • Write
    session notes, progress summaries, and reports
    (templates and support available).
  • Contribute to
    goal setting
    and therapy planning.
  • Collaborate with a
    multidisciplinary team
    including Speech Pathologists, Behavioural Therapists, and Special Needs Educators.
  • Communicate with families and other professionals to ensure consistent care.

About You

  • Certified practising Speech Pathologist
    or undergraduate student/graduate in Speech Pathology.
  • Previous experience working with neurodiverse clients or individuals with disabilities preferred, but not essential (full support is provided).
  • Reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic about helping individuals reach their full potential.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle
    required for travel to schools and childcare centres.
  • Current
    Working With Children Check
    ,
    Police Check
    , and
    First Aid/CPR certification
    (or willingness to obtain).
