Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Developer Programmer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coding, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into functional software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications in accordance with business requirements.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain software applications using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.
  • Analyse user needs and develop technical specifications.
  • Enhance existing software to improve performance and functionality.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with analysts, designers, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Perform system testing, debugging.
  • Prepare technical documentation for reference and reporting.
  • Assist with software deployment and provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Developer Programmer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript (specify based on your tech stack).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
  • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
