About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Specialist who can bring ideas to life across websites, animations, and interactive media. If you have strong design skills, proven development experience, and a portfolio of professional projects, this is your chance to join a collaborative team working on diverse, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Web Development – Design, build, and maintain responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
  • Multimedia & Animation – Create and integrate motion graphics, video clips, banners, and interactive features for marketing and eLearning.
  • Design & UX/UI – Develop high-quality visual assets and contribute to user experience planning, ensuring design consistency across platforms.
  • Optimisation – Ensure multimedia and web content is cross-browser/device compatible and optimised for performance.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to deliver projects on time and to a high professional standard.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in multimedia design and front-end web development.
  • Strong portfolio with at least 5 completed projects (must be submitted with application).
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive frameworks.
  • Ability to produce cross-platform multimedia content (web, mobile, interactive).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.

Qualifications

  • Diploma (or higher) in Information Technology, Multimedia, or Digital Media.
  • Applicants without formal qualifications may still be considered if they demonstrate exceptional professional experience and portfolio evidence.

Desirable:

  • Experience with eLearning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Animate).
